University of Transitions
For over fifteen years, the University of Rouen Normandy has been working on environmental transitions, energy issues and the need for adaptation. These issues are at the heart of the University's training, research and cooperation with local players. The University provides its community with the understanding it needs to anticipate and support ongoing environmental and societal transformations.
The TRANSITION project
The TRANSITION project (ANR-23-EXES-0013) was launched as part of the France 2030 program "Excellence in all its forms". Its aim is to enhance understanding of the interactions between risks, train future professionals in these issues, and inform public and economic decision-making at the regional level.
