For more than ten years, social responsibility has been an integral part of the University of Rouen Normandie’s missions and governance, with the aim of promoting a university that is inclusive, supportive and attentive to the well-being of its entire community. Through its Sustainable Development – Social and Environmental Responsibility (SD&SER) master plan, the university is taking action to improve living and working conditions, combat inequalities and support the commitment of students and staff to the socio-ecological transition.

Within this framework, the T.URN Institute contributes to the implementation of actions in favor of the quality of university life. These take the form of partnerships with associations and local authorities for the benefit of students and staff, as well as support for student projects linked to the socio-ecological transition. Corporate social responsibility is thus a cross-functional approach, combining social issues with ethical and organizational ones, while mobilizing all the institution’s stakeholders.
